Dina Novak Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates dnaskinpro.com (the “Site”) and provides skincare services from our studio at 34102 La Plaza, Suite C, Dana Point, CA 92629. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including your privacy rights as a California resident.

1. Information You Give Us
When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number.
When you create an account: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored encrypted — we cannot see them.
When you book an appointment: appointments are booked through Square, our scheduling provider. Square collects your name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm your appointment and send reminders. That information is handled under Square’s own privacy policy as well as this one.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
Payment details: we never see or store your full card number. Card payments on the Site are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe); Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available. These processors handle your card details directly under their own privacy policies.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, some information is collected by the Site and its service providers:
- Consent record — CookieYes stores your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every page.
- Hosting and site analytics — our host, GoDaddy, records visits to help keep the Site running and secure.
- Order attribution — WooCommerce records how you arrived at the Site (for example, a search engine or a link from social media) and attaches it to an order.
- Fraud prevention — our payment processor sets a cookie to help detect fraudulent transactions.
- Site seal — TrustedSite, which displays our security badge.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and time of visit.
We do not use Google Analytics, and we do not run advertising pixels such as Meta or Facebook.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process, fulfill and ship your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping notices and appointment reminders
- Manage your customer account
- Respond to your questions
- Calculate shipping and sales tax for your address
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Keep the Site secure and working properly
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
About marketing email: we do not currently send marketing newsletters or promotional campaigns. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and every message will include a way to unsubscribe. Messages about an order you placed or an appointment you booked are service messages, not marketing.
4. Cookies and Your Choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for the purposes listed in Section 2 — remembering your consent choices, keeping your shopping cart working, security, and understanding how the Site is used.
You can manage cookies through the consent banner on the Site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Site, such as the shopping cart, from working properly.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
We share information only with the service providers who make the Site and our business work, and only as much as they need:
- WooPayments / Stripe — payment processing
- Square — appointment booking, reminders, and in-studio payments
- WooCommerce Shipping — shipping rates and labels
- WooCommerce Tax — sales tax calculation
- GoDaddy — website hosting
- CookieYes — cookie consent management
- TrustedSite — site security seal
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
6. How Long We Keep It
Order and transaction records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes — generally four years or longer under California and federal rules. Account information is kept while your account is open. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep (see Section 7).
7. Your California Privacy Rights
We honor the following privacy rights for California residents, modeled on the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Site lets you opt out of the analytics and order-attribution cookies described in Section 2.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, as that term is defined under California law.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will never charge you more, give you less, or refuse service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights: email Contact@DNAskinpro.com or call 702-884-9323. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe California law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.
8. Security
The Site uses HTTPS encryption throughout, and our payment processors are PCI compliant. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information — and we do not store card numbers.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
11. Links to Other Sites
The Site links to Square for booking and to Google Maps for directions. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
12. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and material changes will be noted here.
