The Site is operated by Dina Novak Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”). We sell skincare products through the Site and may allow customers to submit booking inquiries for in-person services.

• Product descriptions are provided for convenience; we aim for accuracy but do not guarantee all descriptions are error-free.

4) Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only (unless stated otherwise at checkout). Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5) Returns and Replacements

Returns, replacements, and refunds (if applicable) are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy posted on the Site. If there is a conflict, the Return & Replacement Policy controls for returns/replacements/refunds.

6) Booking Inquiries and In-Person Services

The Site may allow you to submit a booking inquiry for facial services. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or a confirmed appointment.

7) Gift Cards, Packages, and Service Credits (If Offered)

• They are non-refundable except as required by law.
• They have no cash value and may have expiration or redemption rules as permitted by law.
